Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped in 5-10 business days via USPS priority mail or UPS ground, depending on the size of the parcel. You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped.
All orders valued over $300 require a signature at delivery.

Domestic Shipping:
FREE shipping within the Continental US. Please contact me at monica.gava@gmail.com for non-continental US or International shipping.
International customers are responsible for all customs charges and reshipment if the package is returned to my studio due to a customs issue. If the shipping charge is significantly higher than mentioned above, customers would be invoiced separately for that.
Returns:
All sales are final. If you have any issue with your order, please get in touch here. I’d be happy to help!
Condition of Package:
If your artwork arrived damaged or was not delivered or was lost or was stolen from your doorstep, then please know that I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS, UPS or Fedex) and I am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. I spend a lot of time and attention preparing each order for shipping with sturdy packaging so that it arrives undamaged. I recommend you handle your new artwork with care when framing and hanging.
Here’s how I handle situations that fall outside my control:
Not delivered / lost / stolen: If your package is marked “delivered” and yet cannot be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. If the address is incorrect and the shipping service returns the package to me, I am more than willing to send it to your correct address. I do ask that you pay for the extra shipping. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost or stolen, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately there isn’t anything I can do on my end, so I am unable to address failed delivery or theft issues directly.

The buyer may not copy, print, reproduce and/or distribute by any method, for any reason, any of the artwork without written permission from the artist. When you purchase an original painting, you have the right to display this artwork in your home or business but you cannot resell or reproduce the artwork without written permission from the artist. The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission of Monica Gava.
